Owner and Founder
Siamak Bagheri, PharmD
As the proud owner and founder of Cedarmak, Dr. Bagheri brings a unique blend of clinical excellence and entrepreneurial spirit to the healthcare landscape of Los Angeles. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from University of the Pacific and began his career focusing on specialty medication and rheumatology. Driven by a desire to create a more patient-centric pharmacy experience, he established what would become Cedarmak in 1994.
Lead Technician
Nelly Tabrizi, CPhT
Nelly is our lead technician and a cornerstone of our pharmacy team, helping keep everything running smoothly while putting patients first. She has been working with the pharmacy for over 24 years. She has learned the ins and outs of the industry and is our in house expert for all things supply chain and insurance. Her drive to provide the highest level of service, care, and compassion for our patients has been the guiding light of Cedarmak for decades.
